The LINC 3.0 Project of Kookmin University (President Jeong Seung Ryul) announced on the 25th that it successfully held the '2024 Kookmin University Creative Idea Development Startup Camp' for Kookmin University's startup clubs.

Kookmin University's '2024 Kookmin University Creative Idea Development Startup Camp' was held in March and April with a total of 10 teams (moment, Ringcopy, FUD, AI.S, Unconditional Straight, 01s, Jamais vu, Panmin, Filniz, Gaon) selected from the entrepreneurship clubs to foster problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

The startup camp, which was held at the Zero One Design Center of Kookmin University's Campus Town Business Group, was designed to introduce and exchange the university's entrepreneurship and startup clubs, as well as the outstanding student startup achievements of Kookmin University. In addition, the camp offered a variety of programs to foster the creative thinking of the participating students through a special lecture on developing ideas to realize customer value, and provided them with the experience of refining their startup ideas through mentoring by teams with experts.

“We hope that this program will be a valuable experience for students to develop their entrepreneurial capabilities step by step,” said Kim Jong Sung, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship Education at Kookmin University (Professor, Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship and Venture). “We will continue to support students to experience various entrepreneurial activities through the camp so that they can lead the university entrepreneurship culture and become the center of the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.”

“We support the passion of Kookmin University students to challenge themselves as student entrepreneurs and hope that the students who complete the startup camp will grow into leading talents in the local and global community through this process,” said Lee In Hyung, Head of Industry-Academia Cooperation and LINC 3.0 Project Director at Kookmin University.

The startup camp, which was highly satisfactory to students in terms of strengthening their entrepreneurial capabilities and building a network of entrepreneurial networks, will be held regularly every semester, and Kookmin University plans to continue to implement various other entrepreneurship education programs.
