Eligibility

Eligibility
Nationality Applicant and his/her parents must have foreign citizenship.
Education Freshmen Applicants who have completed or will complete regular high school(graduate or graduate-to-be)
Transfer A. transfer to the 2nd year

* Applicants who have completed (or are expected to complete) the 1st year (or 2 semesters) or more and earned (or are expected to earn) more than 1/4 of the credits required for graduation in a regular 4-year university course (a bachelor’s degree course) abroad.
* Applicants who graduated (or are expected to graduate) from a college in Korea or abroad.

B. transfer to the 3rd year

* Applicants who have completed (or are expected to complete) the 2nd year (or 4 semesters) or more and earned (or are expected to earn) more than 1/2 of the credits required for graduation in a regular 4-year university course (a bachelor’s degree course) abroad.
* Applicants who graduated (or are expected to graduate) from a college in Korea or abroad.

Language Freshmen Applicants must meet one of the followings;
  • - Applicants who acquired the certificate of TOPIK
  • - Applicants who acquired the certificate of completion from the Korean Language center
  • - Applicants who has any other documents for the Korean language proficiency
Transfer Applicants must meet one of the followings;
  • - Applicants who acquired TOPIK Level 4 or higher
  • - Applicants who completed the Level 4 or higher in Korean language center run by a four-year university
  • - Applicants who studied in a university in Korea for 1 year(2 Semester) or more
  • - Applicants who have passed the Korean Proficiency Test held by Kookmin University

* Applicants for transfer should study the same or similar majors in previous undergraduate school.
