Souvenir Shop OPEN on the 1st floor of the Bugak Building

The KMU Souvenir Shop 'Designed by Kookmin' opened March 28th on the first floor of the Bugak
Building. A project of the KMU Development
Cooperation Foundation, the shop displays various products made by artists who have graduated from our school, and all proceeds will go to the Kookmin University Development Fund. The purpose of the project is to introduce and promote the design work of our alumni, and inspire pride in both former and current KMU students.

The souvenir shop sells eco-friendly products designed by the College of Design, and is planning to expand by exhibiting items from 14 different colleges. The goal is to develop new products through the integration of the various colleges.
Products designed by faculty, graduates and current students will become our own Kookmin University brand.

The vision of 'KMU 1010' is three-fold: Budget Expansion, creating models for high returns, and University Development Fund Expansion. To make that vision come true, KMU Development Cooperation Foundation, which was officially launched last March, is providing a boost to the development of our school through fund-raising efforts and sponsorships.

Becoming one of the world's higher educational institutions suitable for a global generation is the purpose of 'KMU 1010', and we are conducting various fund-raising campaigns so that many can contribute to the development of KMU educational and research programs.

Celebrating the 65th anniversary of Kookmin University, the KMU Development Cooperation Foundation is sponsoring 'Love Kookmin 65', a fund-raising campaign for current students and their parents, faculty members and alumni. The Foundation hopes to achieve its goals with the help of the souvenir shop, and the slogan, 'If you plant a seed from your heart, a bigger and better Kookminian will grow!' Anyone can join the campaign by making even a small donation from the following options: 65-hundred won (6,500won), 65-thousand won (65,000won), 650-thousand won (650,000won).

The purpose of all KMU Development Cooperation Foundation projects is not only to raise funds, but also to give students a sense of pride in their school. We are looking forward to your continued interest and participation so that the souvenir shop and the campaign 'Love Kookmin 65' can successfully contribute to the development of KMU.
