How to utilize our campus

Are you enjoying your campus life? Many freshmen and foreign students might find it difficult to fully utilize our campus. There are many facilities that will help you to study or to spend time during your free time.

 


1. Sungkok Library
Students cannot enter the library without their student ID. If you are a freshman and do not possess an ID, be sure to print a temporary ID through the school website. There is Multimedia Information Center and AV room, which allows students to borrow videos and watch on the first floor. A lounge and a store are on the lower ground level one.

2. College of Engineering
Many students visit this building because there is a “Mom’s Touch” which sells hamburgers. Although it sometimes takes time to get the food, it is always crowded with students. The lounge is full of music that “Music Box”, a school club, selects and where students can request music. There are seminar rooms in front of the lounge, and students can utilize them with permission. Cafe Mirr, which previously only existed in Bugak Hall, is newly built on the first floor.

3. Bugak Hall
The largest number of students use Bugak Hall. Students order foods or buy them in the store or at the “Bobbybox,” which sells simple lunch boxes. There’s also a printing office, souvenir store, a ladies lounge and cafe Mirr on the first floor. It has 5 elevators. The first left one goes to floors 6, 10 and 13, while the other goes to 8, 12 and 15. The other three are on the right and two of them go to floors 5, 9 and 14, while the last (glass) one goes to 7, 11 and 15.

4. College of Design
There is a Gallery on the first floor that frequently displays the works of students. It is free of charge and high in quality, so visit it in your free time.

5. Administration Hall
Administration Hall takes care of all the university school affairs. There is the Academic Affairs Team on the first floor that provides administrative services for students. If students need proof of enrollment or a transcript, they can get one from the machine right in front of the office. There is an auditorium on the first floor where there are occasionally valuable lectures by renowned people.

6. College of Law
It is famous for its cafeteria on the lower ground level one, but since it is very small, many students have to linger around with a tray in their hands. On the 5th floor, there is a fancy restaurant called “Cheonhyang”. It is pricy compared to the cafeteria, but worthy of the extra cost.

7. College of Economics & Business
The Concert Hall is located on the first floor of this building and there are sometimes events for student in front of the Concert Hall. Many students who find it hard to climb up the hills on campus use the elevators in this building.

8. College of Arts
This building is always full of the sounds of instruments and songs. The structure is quite complicated, so be sure not to get lost. There are two theaters on the first and second floors. On the first floor, there is the cafe Namu and a store. The store in this building possesses machines that can cook ramen.

9. Building 7
This building also has a complicated structure. There is a Wellness Center for exercising on the 2nd floor, which is cheap and fully equipped. A gym is also located on the 1st floor of this building.
*Computer Lab: 3F, Study Room: 1F

10. Student Union
If you enter the building from the campus, you are on the 4th floor, not the 1st. This building leads to the parking lot, which is the direct route to go to the College of Economics & Business without having to climb up the hills. Most of the school clubs are located here and there are also many other facilities.
*B1: Hair salon, which always provides satisfactory service, stationary store, Cafe′ Namu
*1st Floor: Student cafeteria, faculty cafeteria, which is a bit more expensive, Delibus, which sells pizza, pasta and risotto, and the school bookstore
*2nd Floor: Bakery, Wooribank, post office and Design Library
*3rd Floor: ladies lounge, student council office and study room
