Kookmin University (President JEONG, SEUNG RYUL) Graduate School of Business (Dean Kim Do-hyun) has signed an MOU with Soleas (CEO Lee Jong-woo) to develop and operate educational programs in the fields of leadership, coaching, and healthcare management. 

Through this agreement, the two institutions will cooperate in the development and operation of educational programs in the fields of leadership, coaching, and healthcare management, including ▲ joint development of leadership coaching and healthcare management convergence education programs, ▲ establishment of a public relations cooperation system between the two institutions, and ▲ planning and operation of education and research projects. 

Kookmin University Graduate School of Business is certified by the Korean Coach Association and the International Coach Association to offer the Leadership and Coaching Major, which trains professionals in organizational management, leadership, and coaching, and the Healthcare Management Major, which trains convergent healthcare professionals with both business and healthcare capabilities. Through this agreement, Kookmin University will develop sports coaching leadership and sports management education programs based on its educational and research know-how and will be in charge of operating the council. 

(Soleas is a company that has a systematic and franchised soccer education business and has innovative business models and management know-how in the field of sports education and business operations. Through this business agreement, they will jointly develop convergent education programs based on sports education industry sites, and will be in charge of joint operation of the council, promotion, and planning.

Meanwhile, Kookmin University Graduate School of Business has been operating the Leadership and Coaching Major, a master's degree program in business administration specializing in leadership and coaching that has been certified by national and international coaching organizations for the first time in Korea since 2012, and the recruitment period for the 2025 class will be held from October 21 to November 11.
