The Club Fair, which was previously held annually from March 18 to 19, has now been terminated. Many students, both freshmen and seniors, attended the fair to gain new information about the clubs they wanted to join. Some clubs drew the attention of new students by singing, dancing, or otherwise playing various instruments throughout the fair. They went to great lengths to draw the students' attention.
 
Though the fair's termination received many a positive response, there was also a definite negative response. The mixed reception stems from the fact that the fair was held on the first floor of the Community Centre of School. Because the student cafeteria and bookstore can also be found on the center's first floor, students and faculty members who wanted to enjoy the center's amenities and accommodations were unable to do so, blaming the Club Fair for this restriction. The club members blocked the entire hall, and the noise generated by their band, and dance teams, as well as by groups of people talking to one another, was deafening. As such, the complaints of seniors increased, with some complaining that despite the poor level of accessibility, it was better for the entire school and student body to hold the Club Fair in a large space, such as the university's stadium. The university might have to present a better solution for the Club Fair for the sake of the students, especially for the sake of the freshmen.
