Lee Ui Jae (Kinesiology major '03)
Dr. Lee, who graduated in 2007 with a major in physical education from the Department of Physical Education, College of Physical Education, Kookmin University, was appointed as an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Education, College of Education, Seowon University, effective March 1, 2024.
After graduating from Kookmin University's Department of Physical Education, Professor Lee passed the Gyeonggi-do Secondary Teacher Appointment Competitive Examination in 2008 and worked as a physical education teacher at the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education from 2008 to 2024, serving as a consulting member of the Ministry of Education, consulting member of the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education's School Sports Department, and a member of the Physical Education Career Advancement Committee. In addition, he is interested in the field connection between school physical education and sports pedagogy, and has been actively conducting research, publishing 10 SSCI-level papers and 30 KCI papers.
As an undergraduate, Professor Lee served as the 45th district officer, and he was active in the volleyball and badminton clubs of the College of Physical Education at Kookmin University, where he participated in many sports competitions and contributed to winning several prizes.
