On May 13th (Sunday) President Yu Ji Soo participated in a coffee brewing event for school parents who have kids taking part in the 13th high school student’s nationwide practical modeling competition.

I volunteered to be a coffee barista for school parents who came with the examinees due to the many exams and practice competitions as I hoped to express my warm encouragement and thanks by brewing coffee, even though it was very hard. I hope they know my sincerity even if it wasn’t perfect, President Yu said.

We have only a few chances to meet many students and their parents except during the entrance exam period, so through this event, I hope they got a good impression of our school, President of the Design College, Byun Chu-seok said. Kookmin University’s practical modeling competition is in its 13th year and around 8,400 students took part in it.
