The Korean Law Human Resource Training Center (President, Prof. Kyoung-Bong Ahn) at the College of Law is in charge of the progress for “The Development of Human Resource Training Program for Korean Law in Mongolia.” What the center is essentially aiming at during this program is cultivating professionals of Korean Law in Mongolia. For that, the center is planning to build a Korean Law Education Center in the National University of Mongolia, and teach Korean culture and language, fundamental Korean Law, advanced Korean Law, and so on. Also, various teaching methods such as visiting lectures, an E-Learning System, and RTES (Realtime Two-way Education System) will be used.

Korea has been an OECD DAC (Development Assistance Committee) member since 2010, and each DAC member nation has a responsibility to do their duty. Therefore, the Korean Education Development Cooperation Program is conducted by MEST as part of its essential business to support antipoverty and growth of developing countries. It is extremely essential to carry out this Korean Law Human Resource Training Program through the construction of the Korean Law Center under the supervision of our College of Law. Until now, there have only been short training sessions by government organizations to support experts of developing countries.
Furthermore, the College of Law was selected as the joint performing agency for conducting research service projects by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seoul city, and Seongbuk-gu in 2009. The college set up the “Law Assistance Youth Agency” and provided a law service for lower class citizens who live in Seongbuk-gu. That same year, the ‘Information and Law Institute’ (Director, Prof. Hong-Kyun Shin) was also selected as the performing agency and accomplished research service assignment for offering public subscriptions by the Information and Communication Policy Research Center.
