Kookmin University (President Jeong Seung Ryul) and the SME Industry-Academia Cooperation Center announced that they held the 'Scale-up Consulting based on Investment-based R&D' program from March 3 to 11 as part of the Try Everything 2024 joint cooperation program supported by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency (SBA).

The scale-up consulting program, which consisted of startup diagnosis, (special) EiR, investment-based R&D strategy consulting, and expert mentoring, was attended by 25 early-stage startups from Seoul and other parts of the country, as well as Kookmin University Technology Holdings, the operator of TIPS, for company-specific training and consulting.

On the first day, the program included 'Orientation' by the SME Industry Cooperation Center, 'Diagnosis and Consulting for Startups to Promote TIPS' by the Investment Division of Kookmin University, and 'Strategies for Promoting Startup Seed TIPS Program' by Jang Hyun Seok of the Korea Association of Early Stage Investment Institutions on the second day, On the 3rd day, 'Strategies to Promote the TIPS Program' by VC investment reviewers, and on the 4th day, 'Business Strategy Using Generative AI' by Professor Kim Sung Il of Kookmin University's Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship and Venture, and 'TIPS 1:1 Consulting' was held with judges Lee Young Oh, Baek Jong Hak, and Kim Yoon Joo from Kookmin University Technology Holdings.
