Artificial Intelligence(AI), Virtual Reality(VR), Internet of Things(IoT), Big Data, and many more are being introduced into the society and these state-of-the-art Information and Communication Technologies are the drivers of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. What can universities do to keep up with these innovative changes? What can the schools provide to students? To answer this question, Kookmin University took an initiative to open the Fourth Industrial Revolution Festival where students actively took part in various fields including fashion, vehicles, 3D printing, home economics, robots, computers, et cetera. The festival was held on September 22th, from 9:00 to 17:30. In Bugak and Art building, there were exhibitions open to visitors. Short lectures by professors were provided at the Academic Conference Hall where they talked about various topics such as development of self-driving cars, system of 3D printers, smart mirror, sensor technology, and coding English education. The Kookmin Review visited this high-tech festival and could feel the modern vibes.
