CEO Sung-kook Kim of SAMTAN (60) graduated from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and worked at the Pasir Coal Mine and office in Jakarta, Indonesia. This international expert held the position of the representative at KIDECO and PERTA-SAMTAN Gas.

Currently, SAMTAN operates mineral resource mines in Mongolia and Australia in addition to the Pasir Coal Mine, which is ranked 3rd among Indonesian flaming coal mines.
